Don Kent Moore, 50, of Tamaroa, passed away at 3:45 P.M., Tuesday, April 26, 2005 at the Helia Health Care of Benton in Benton, IL.
Don worked as maintenance at Taylor Brothers Welding in Tamaroa.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Tamaroa.  He was a member of Perry County Farm Bureau and was an avid bike rider.
He was born November 15, 1954 at Du Quoin, IL, the son of Billy H. and Anna Belle (Corgan) Moore.
He is survived by one sister - Brenda Mines and husband Louis of Sesser, aunt and uncle - Berl and Mick Lynch of Tamaroa, aunt - Hazel Corgan of Tamaroa, nephew - Louis Mines II of Sesser, two nieces - Jennifer Mines of Sesser and Shelly Johnson and husband Todd of Cincinnati, OH, great niece - Madison Johnson of Cincinnati, OH, special cousin - Mike Lynch of Tamaroa, and several other cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, April 30, 2005 at the Tamaroa Cemetery at Tamaroa with Rev. Greg Alvis officiating.
Interment will be in the Tamaroa Cemetery at Tamaroa.
Those attending the services are asked to go directly to the cemetery.
Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa is in charge of arrangements.
